Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for all TweeLabs services.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which TweeLabs Electronics & IT Private Limited ("TweeLabs") may provide refunds or cancellations for its services. We strive to deliver high-quality services and aim to resolve any concerns through direct communication before issuing refunds.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and professional services — which involve significant time, resources, and intellectual property — all service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to fair resolution.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: A full refund may be issued if you cancel before any work has commenced, within 48 hours of payment.
  • Non-Delivery: If TweeLabs fails to deliver the agreed service within the contracted timeline without reasonable prior notice, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment: In cases of accidental duplicate payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered or substantially completed.
  • Consulting, strategy, or advisory sessions once conducted.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, domain registrations, hosting).
  • Retainer fees for ongoing services after the service period has begun.
  • Digital downloads or assets already provided.

4. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an ongoing service by providing a minimum of 15 days' written notice via email to hello@tweelabs.com. Services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate. No refund is applicable for the notice period.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please:

  • Email hello@tweelabs.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Disputes

We encourage you to reach out to us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Disputes initiated without prior communication to TweeLabs may result in a delay or denial of the refund request.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
